A material forming apparatus for female screw strengthening coil is provided to implement smooth input and discharge of material by a traction roller by maintaining a fixed forming state when material passes through the forming roller, although the entry direction and angle change. A material forming apparatus for female screw strengthening coil comprises a supply roll(10) for supplying a material(1) having a circular cross section in one side, a forming roller part(20) located beside the forming roller to shape the material passing therethough, a traction roller(30) installed next to the forming roller part, and a winding roll(40) located next to the traction roller to wind the shaped material(1'). The forming roller part comprises upper and lower forming rollers(22,22') installed on respective shafts. The forming roller has forming grooves of half-lozenge shape, and is slid on the shaft to the longitudinal direction. A sidewall part(31) and a winding part(32) of the traction roller forms an inclination angle(alpha) below 5 degrees. |
