An analog-digital converter, a solid-state image, and an electronic information device select the gain by using the voltage adding the whole or a part of a plurality of analog ramp signals as an analog ramp voltage. A comparator compares an input signal voltage with an analog ramp voltage increasing the voltage level gradually. A latch unit(14) memorizes the digital value of the digital ramp signal(DRMP) in which the digital value of the voltage level increases in synchronization with the analog ramp voltage as the same timing of the analog ramp voltage or the voltage corresponding to the analog ramp voltage and the input signal voltage. The gain is selected by using the voltage adding the whole or a part of the plurality of the analog ramp signal as the analog ramp voltage.
