A case for a total heat exchanger is provided to improve assembling efficiency and to improve appearance using a frame cover. The case for a total heat exchanger is composed of a plurality of first frames(100) in which inside is bored, a plurality of second frames(200) in which the insertion protrusion inserted into a through-hole of the first frame is formed in order to mutually connect the end parts of the plurality of first frames, and a panel(300) of which each side is combined to the plurality of first frames by a fixing member in order to close a space part formed in the plurality of first and second frames.
