A belt used in high temperature and the manufacturing method is provided to be used in high temperature by extruding a silicon rubber with high intensity and heat resistance on aramid fiber. A non flammable fiber(100) is an aramid fiber or a glass fiber, and a core(110) composed of the non flammable fiber is the varnish(130) mixed with adhesive in order to enhance the bond with the silicon rubber. A manufacturing method is comprised of steps: extruding a silicon rubber on the surface of the core; bonding non flammable fiber and silicon rubber through heat treatment.
