An apparatus for adjusting the location of the rolling is provided to improve the operation productivity of the rolling operation by broken away from the normal position for replace or the position control of the rolling roll is easily performed in the roll setting. An apparatus for adjusting the location of the rolling comprises: an elevating mean(30) which is mobile in perpendicularity, is installed in both sides to a stand(12) of rolling mill; and a roll position adjustment means(50) which is comprised in order to support roll while it is horizontal, it is mobile, being installed at the elevating mean and it is the position control possible. The elevating mean comprises next: a vertical driving cylinder(32) installed at the side either side of the stand with vertically; and an elevator plate is connected between the platform which is ascended and descended while maintaining horizontally through the guide equipped in the stand and is steeled the roll position adjustment means.
