The distributor has a management unit (10) whose microprocessor (1) includes a periodicity block (3T) connected to a keyboard (7) for writing data of periodicity value to release quantity of product by a window device (95). The microprocessor is arranged to periodically read the block and to transmit the read data to a time comparator circuit (5). The circuit is connected to a time base (2) for receiving the data of current value of time to detect if the current value exceeds the periodicity value specified by the data in the memory and for controlling micro motor (80) to release the product.
