A tire grinding machine is provided to automate the process of grinding of the part in which the fault of tire is generated. A tire grinding machine comprises the following features of : a bottom rim(11) in which tire is put; a top rim(12) uniting with the bottom rim and fixing tire; a first pneumatic cylinder which vertically transfers the top rim; a first servo motor(14) which rotates the top rim and bottom rim in order to decide the grinding location of tire; a biaxial grinder(31) which is biaxially fixed to transfer horizontally toward the tire and to transfer vertically toward the width direction of tire; a second servo motor(33) transferring horizontally grinder; and a geared motor(34) which vertically transfers grinder.
