A fixing and removing device of a sinker is provided to easily fix or connect a sinker for fishing to the fishing line or net. A fixing and removing device of a sinker comprises: a landing plate(100) in which the settling portion for settling the shell sinker is equipped on one side; a pressing plate(200) equipped with a pressing portion for pressurizing the settled shell sinker in the spot corresponding to the settling portion. The settling portion comprises: a first settling portion of the flat board form; and a second settling portion(140) of the groove type located in one side of the first settling portion. The pressing portion comprises: a first pressing portion(220) of the flat board form positioned in the spot corresponding to the first settling portion; and a second pressing portion(240) positioned in the spot corresponding to second settling portion. |
