An automatic tool changer of machining center is provided to replace tool without an additional power and device. An automatic tool changer of machining center comprises a transfer unit(20) moving horizontally by a cylinder along an x-axis formed on the top of a base(12); a vertical member(30) equipped with a fastening unit to be joined and fastened to a fitting groove(41) formed on the bottom of a magazine; and a gear part formed on the main shaft made up of a magazine on which the gear part is formed on the corner, equipped with a tool receiving groove on each side of a square plate and a fitting hole toward all directions from the center, installed into square plate shape on the top of the vertical member.
