The anisotropic conducting film can be manufactured by using the ink-jet method. Therefore, the anisotropic conducting film corresponding to the fine connection pitch can be fabricated. The method of manufacturing the anisotropic conducting film is provided. A step is for unloading the metallic ink on material by using the ink-jet method. A step is for forming the insulating adhesive resin on the materials. A step is for unloading metallic ink is a step for discontinuously unloading metallic ink. The metallic ink is or more selected from the group consisting of the metal nano-powder and organic solvent. The metal nano-powder is the aluminum(Al), copper(Cu), silver(Ag), the gold(Au), platinum(Pt), nickel(Ni) and titanium(Ti) nano powder. The insulating adhesive resin includes the hardener for the thermosetting resin and thermosetting resin.
