A gas heat exchanger is provided to reduce an adhesive and a complicated working step in manufacturing by connecting the circumference of a block wholly inserted in a frame to the frame by adhesion. The gas heat exchanger has a plurality of first flowing channels(5) laminated by forming a gap between channels and formed between second flowing channels(8). Walls(6,7) consisting of the foil material are limited by the flowing channels and are airtightly connected by side strips(6a,7a) formed at the side. Inside and outer spacers(10) are formed in a waveform fluting(11), and the first flowing channels are isolated from the spacers. |
