摘要	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal member having excellent gas resistant permeability, blister resistance and compression set resistance characteristics at the same time; and a rubber composition therefor. SOLUTION: This rubber composition contains hydrogenated nitrile rubber I, polyvinylidene fluoride II, and a cross-linking agent, and characterized in that a content ratio of I to II is 95/5 to 85/15 in a weight ratio I/II.
