A solar battery module device comprises a solar battery module (20) constituted by aligning a plurality of solar battery cells, an approximately rectangular rim-like frame (10) surrounding the whole outer edge of the solar battery module (20) to support the outer edge, and a reinforcing frame (3) which is arranged in such a manner that the reinforcing frame is bridged between two opposing sides of the rim-like frame (10) and a predetermined space is made between the reinforcing frame and the rear surface of the solar battery module (20) and which comes into contact with the rear surface of the solar battery module (20) to support the solar battery module (20) when the solar battery module (20) bends. Since the reinforcing frame (3) is fit in a fitting cutout (1d) formed in the rear surface of the rim-like frame (10), the reinforcing frame can be easily mounted.
