The exchanger has plates designed as extruded pipes (10), where an interior space of the pipes forms a flow path for load air. Flow path halves (14, 16) for cooling water are formed at an exterior space of the extruded pipes such that two pipes set together with the exterior space form a flow path for cooling water. The flow path is formed as recesses in a surface of the extruded pipes. The flow path halves are formed mirror-symmetrical to each other in a separating gap between the pipes.
