Drink preparing machine comprising a tank (10), a water supply system(2) comprising at least a section(5) for heated water and a section(6) for unhea ted water, a pump (4) for conveying water from the tank through the supply s ystem(2) as far as a module (3) for preparing the drink, and a valve device (7) arranged so as to control the selective opening and closing off of the s upply systemsections (5, 6). The valve device (7) is a peristaltic system co mprising compression means compressing a tubeof each supply systemsectionand acting under the effect of elastic return means.
