摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectricity mixed substrate which can be reduced in cost and in size in a thickness direction. <P>SOLUTION: The photoelectricity mixed substrate 10 is provided with: a wiring board 11 having wiring and a via; an optical waveguide 12 which is provided with an optical waveguide body 80 which has a first cladding layer 81, a second cladding layer 83 and a core portion 82 provided between the first cladding layer 81 and the second cladding layer 83, the waveguide body 80 being provided on the wiring board 11, and a pair of mirrors 88 and 89 reflecting an optical signal; a first wiring pattern 96 electrically connecting the terminal 117 of a light emitting element 13 emitting the optical signal, the wiring and the via; and a second wiring pattern 97 electrically connecting the terminal 119 of a light receiving element 14 receiving the optical signal, the wiring and the via.
