<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle control system to easily avoid collision with a pedestrian, a two-wheel vehicle or the like when turning left or right. <P>SOLUTION: In the vehicle control system 1, a vehicle 20 receives radio identification information transmitted by a transmitter 3 which runs inside a lane when turning right or left on the road and determines the presence of the transmitter 3.
