ICE-ACCRETION AND SNOW-ACCRETION PREVENTIVE INSULATOR AND ELECTRIC WIRE, ANTENNA, THEIR MANUFACTURING METHOD, AND POWER TRANSMISSION STEEL TOWER USING THEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulator and electric wire, and an antenna which are highly durable and are extremely high in ice-accretion and snow-accretion preventing effect in a severe winter.

SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing the ice-accretion and snow-accretion preventive insulator and electric wire, and antenna, includes the steps of: forming a film to which fine particles are to be fuse-bonded at least on a surface of a base material; applying a liquid of fine particles in which the fine particles are dispersed in a solvent in which the film is not dissolved to the film and drying the liquid; calcining the film; washing off the fine particles not fuse-bonded to the film; and forming a water-repellent and oil repellent anti-fouling film or a method of manufacturing the ice-accretion and snow-accretion preventive insulator and electric wire, and antenna, includes the steps of: applying a liquid of fine particles in which the fine particles are dispersed in a solvent at least on a surface of a base material and drying the liquid; calcining the film; washing off the fine particles not fuse-bonded to the film; and forming a water-repellent and oil-repellent anti-fouling film.
