<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a decorative panel in which not only a surface of the panel but also the longitudinal side surface and short-side-direction side surface of the panel are laminated with a decorative sheet, and in which vertical and horizontal decorative grooves are engraved in the surface. <P>SOLUTION: This manufacturing method for the decorative panel A comprises: a lamination step of bonding the decorative sheet 2 to a substrate 1, in which tongue-and-groove-joint parts 11 and 12 are formed on four sides and in which the decorative grooves 13 and 14 are formed in the surface, via a reactive hot-melt adhesive 5; a hot-press step of applying hot-pressing to a shape of a building material by a mold 8; and a cold-press step of cooling the mold 8. After the lamination step, the decorative sheet 2 bonded to the surface of the substrate 1 is cut in a size large enough to cover the tongue-and-groove-joint parts 11 and 12. In the hot-press step, the tongue-and-groove-joint parts 11 and 12 on the four sides are wrapped with the decorative sheet 2 and bonded together.
