PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To aim at thinning of a key sheet equipped with a plurality of keytops on a key base made of resin with transparency and a key unit using the same, and further, a device using the key sheet, such as a cellphone. SOLUTION: In the key sheet equipped with a plurality of keytops 22, 22, ... on a key base 20 made of resin with transparency, and equipped with pressers 12, 12, ... or a presser sheet having pressers 12, 12, ... on its rear face on a rear face of the key base 20, the key base 20 consists of thermoplastic resin solid at ambient temperature molded in a sheet shape exerting adhesive force by physical change alone of thermal fusion/cooled solidification.
