CONTENT ACCUMULATION DEVICE AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manage content in a content accumulation system to reduce dissatisfaction of a user accompanying deletion of the content. SOLUTION: This content accumulation device has: a content accumulation part accumulating the content; an output part transferring the content to an external storage device; and a content management part recording the transfer to the external storage device by the output part associatively to the content. The content accumulation device is configured such that the content management part preferentially selects the content recording the transfer to the external storage device by the output part as the content to be deleted from the content accumulation part.
