PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve internal pressure release characteristics at assembling, allow maintenance/inspection of a filter, and prevent water from pooling on the outer surface of a case. SOLUTION: A waterproofing ventilation case equipment 1 comprises a case 2 in which a case body 3 and a lid 4 are bonded together by using a heating type adhesive 7, with a circuit board 8 stored inside, ventilation holes 10 and 11 formed at least at two points of the case 2, and filters 12 and 13 so bonded as to close the ventilation holes 10 and 11 from the outside of the case 2, having waterproofing nature and ventilation nature.
