PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a destaticizing-less type image forming apparatus where, even in the case of being used over a long period, the generation of exposure memory in an electrophotographic photoreceptor can be effectively suppressed. SOLUTION: In the destaticizing-less type image forming apparatus including an electrophotographic photoreceptor including a photosensitive layer including a charge generating agent, a hole transfer agent and a binding resin on a substrate, wherein a destaticizing means is obviated, the hole transfer agent contains an amine compound expressed by general formula (1); wherein X<SP>1</SP>and X<SP>2</SP>are independent, respectively, and are a substitutional group such as butadiniel benzene.
