PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constitution of an air conditioner for removing a smell component sticking to a wall and a curtain in a room, inactivating an allergen and a virus and sterilizing bacteria floating or sticking in the room. SOLUTION: This air conditioner has a water cluster generator 5 having a Peltier element 6, having an electrode 8 connecting with a cooling surface 7 and a heat radiating fin 10 connecting with a heat radiating surface 9, and further safely, efficiently and stably discharging a fine water particle including a radical and an ion having high oxidation force in the air, by arranging the electrode 8 in the vicinity of a blowout port 4, and forming a ventilation passage 13 ventilating a part of air sucked and induced in an air blower 3 only to the heat radiating fin 10.
