PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold storage type refrigerator such as a pulse tube refrigerator capable of restraining vibration of a cooling stage without complicating a device. SOLUTION: The pulse tube refrigerator comprises of a compressor for sending out refrigerant gas as high pressure and sucking low pressure refrigerant gas, a pulse tube and a cold storage tube for inserting the refrigerant gas, and a flange connected with one end of a cylinder member for constituting one or both of the pulse tube and the cold storage tube. The pulse tube refrigerator is characterized in that a width of vibration of the flange in the parallel direction to the axial direction of the cylinder member, generated when operating the pulse tube refrigerator, is restrained to 10μm or less at a maximum.
