PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep smoke eliminating performance without reaching a catalyst even when water, oil and detergent intrude from an exhaust port. SOLUTION: An oily smoke reducing means 12 composed of the catalyst 14 for eliminating a part of oily smoke generated during cooking and a catalyst heater 13, is disposed in an exhaust passage 10 connecting a cooking chamber 2 receiving a baking rack 6, a receiving pan 7 and a cooked object 3, and the exhaust passage 10 for guiding the oily smoke to the outside of the cooking chamber 2, a cavity portion (recessed portion ) 17 having a bottom surface at a position lower than an installation face of the catalyst 14 and having a constant capacity, is formed in the exhaust passage 10 at a back part with respect to an installation position of the catalyst 14, and further at least one or more liquid discharge holes 18 are formed on the bottom surface, thus the water and oil for cooking can be once accumulated in the cavity portion (recessed portion ) 17 formed on the position lower than the catalyst 14, and discharged from the discharge hole 18 formed on the bottom surface, even when they wrongly flow in from the exhaust port 11.
