PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation machine of a valve, which reduces labor in disassembly and assembly, and also reduces the number of components. SOLUTION: This operation machine of a valve is provided with an input shaft 5 and an output member 6 rotatable around the same axis 4; the output member 6 is rotatably held in a casing 2, and operatively connected with the input shaft 5 through a speed reducing mechanism 3 in the casing 2; a retaining ring 19 fixing the output member 6 in the axis 4 directions is arranged in the casing 2; the casing 2 has a cylindrical body part 2a, and a cover part 2b rotatably holding the input shaft 5 and is formed into a hanging bell-like shape; and the body part 2a and the cover part 2b are formed integrally with each other.
