PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil pump capable of reducing noise generated by vibration thereof without enlargement of the pump. SOLUTION: In the oil pump 1 provided with a drive shaft 4 having a bearing storage part 12 storing a first bearing 13a therein projectingly provided at axial direction one end part of a housing body 2 and having the axial direction one end part provided to project to an outside from the bearing storage part 12 side, a pulley 5 provided at the axial direction one end side of the drive shaft 4, a spindle member 11 for damping pump vibration fixed on the housing body 2, a space which is normally a dead space is effectively utilized by providing the spindle member 11 at an outer circumference side space part of the bearing storage part 12 formed in a part in the axial direction between the housing body 2 and the pulley 5, and vibration control effect at a time of vibration of the pump 1 is improved without enlargement of the oil pump 1.
