PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a probe which can collectively detect the same kind of fungi and can detect the fungi in a state distinguished from other kinds of fungi in order to classify the fungi for each kind of the fungi, and to provide a carrier on which the probe is immobilized. SOLUTION: Sets of oligonucleotide probes each containing Internal Transcribed Spacer (ITS domain) in the DNA base sequence are used for detecting Aspergillus fumigatus important for fungus infection, while avoiding cross contamination with one or more other Aspergillus.
