PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for picking animal excrements before falling on the ground, wherein a bag for recovering excrements can be easily attached thereon and the bag used to collect the excrements is easily detachable. SOLUTION: The tool for picking excrements by receiving and recovering the animal excrement with a bag includes an arm part 10 and a ring part 20 attached on one of the end parts of the arm part through a supporting part 30, wherein the ring part is attached with a bag 40 recovering excrements, and a bag holding part 21 holding the bag 40 on the ring part is set on the ring part.
