<p>The procedure for the treatment of paper- or cardboard web (4) or a corresponding fiber web, comprises applying a treatment medium on a surface of the web by guiding the web through an inlet slot (7) in an application chamber (5) having a spraying nozzle (6), applying the treatment medium through the spraying nozzle on a side of the web, guiding the web to be treated through a pressing column between two moving surfaces (3) such as a roll and a strip, and pressing the treatment medium in the pressing column on the web. The procedure for the treatment of paper- or cardboard web (4) or a corresponding fiber web, comprises applying a treatment medium on a surface of the web by guiding the web through an inlet slot (7) in an application chamber (5) having a spraying nozzle (6), applying the treatment medium through the spraying nozzle on a side of the web, guiding the web to be treated through a pressing column between two moving surfaces (3) such as a roll and a strip, and pressing the treatment medium in the pressing column on the web. Air and/or fog of the treatment medium is removed from the interior of the application chamber through a discharge channel arranged on the application chamber. One of the moving surface forms a part of the wall of the application chamber and the web is laterally guided through the pressing column in the application chamber. A flow is formed and the air and/or the fog is removed by an organ connected at the application chamber so that the pressure in the application chamber is lower than the ambient pressure. An organ for developing suctioning effect is arranged in the discharge channel. The pressure in the application chamber is guided through a replacement air channel, which lies at the base of the spraying nozzle. The replacement air channel is arranged in such a way that the replacement air in the application chamber is guided from the same channel at which the spraying nozzle is arranged. Organ for the development of bubble effect/air jet is arranged in the replacement air channel. The application chamber is arranged on both sides of the web for contemporaneous production of double side coating. The tip of the spraying nozzle is arranged within or outside of the application chamber. The roll or strip has soft or hard surface and is heated and cooled. The web is calendered in the pressing column adjacent to the application through the application chamber. A vertical column is used as the pressing column. An independent claim is included for a device for the treatment of paper- or cardboard web or a corresponding fiber web.</p> |
