<p>Provided is a preparation method of icaritin, comprising treating the icariin with ß-glucosidase in ethanol-water solution, then obtaining the icaritin by centrifugation and recrystallization. Also provided is a preparation method of icariin, comprising absorbing the concentrated barrenwort aqueous extract by using of D101 macroporous resin, eluting the resin with different concentrations of ethanol, followed by separating the 50% ethanol eluting fraction by silica gel chromatography and obtaining the icariin by recrycatllization.</p> |
