<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system which can prevent freezing in winter in a cold district even if an electric current does not flow. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell system 16 is provided with a freezing prevention heater 40 for a cold district where an external temperature becomes below a freezing point which is arranged close to a water supply in a packaging. The freezing prevention heater 40 can heat surroundings by electric conduction from system wiring. Around the freezing prevention heater 40, there is provided a heat storing material 41. The heat storing material 41 is formed of a material which can repeat the radiation and storing of heat, namely, after the radiation of heat is over, the material can store heat from external heating. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
