<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a converter blowing schedule decision system capable of dealing with frequent change of production amount or such troubles that production efficiency changes remarkably or falls momentarily to zero and a converter blowing method of steel using it. <P>SOLUTION: A sensor 80 generates ON and OFF signals on an electronic white board 300 by temporally tacking magnetic plates 70 having respective lengths corresponding to blowing schedule charge numbers of respective product kinds in the direction of the lapse of time in order of the product kinds to be blown. The ON and OFF signals on the electronic white board 300 are sent to a process computer 90. In the process computer 90, starting or finishing time of blowing of respective charges is predicted, and the blowing start or finishing time can be repredicted, if temporally retacking magnetic plates 70 having different lengths or temporally tacking additionally. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
