<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated structure provided with a thin brightness-improving film and preventing the occurrence of Newton rings and to provide the brightness-improving film for preventing the occurrence of the Newton rings by being arranged closed to an optical layer. <P>SOLUTION: The laminated structure having the brightness-improving film 13 formed by arranging a plurality of prism forms having different height on the upper surface comprises the brightness-improving film 13 on the upper surface of which the plurality of the prism forms each having different upper surface height are arranged and an optical layer 8 or 18 stuck on the upper surface of the brightness-improving film 13 at the periphery and having optical transparency.
