<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for doubling nanofiber, producing high strength uniform threads comprising nanofiber at a low cost with good productivity. <P>SOLUTION: The device comprises: a nanofiber forming means 2 for electrically charging and flowing out a polymer solution provided by dissolving a polymer material in a solvent, through small holes 4 formed on a cylindrical container 3 rotating at a high rate, so as to form nanofiber 9 while extending by centrifugal force and electrostatic explosion; a deflection flowing means 10 comprising a blowing means circulating the nanofiber 9 in a producing step, around the axis of the cylindrical container 3 to fluidize; a core thread supplying means 23 supplying a core thread 24 from the cylindrical container 3 side through the rotation axis center; and a recovering means 13 recovering threads provided by focusing the rotating and flowing nanofiber 9 and twisting around the core thread 24. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
