PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device and an image processing program for deriving reliability of interpolation processing to be applied to a deficient part of an added image. SOLUTION: A difference extraction unit 21 extracts the added image with a possibility of a deficient part from an image of a manuscript with an image added thereto. A deficient line segment specification unit 24 specifies the deficient part of an added image extracted by the extraction unit 21. A composition unit 25 performs interpolation processing interpolating the deficient part specified by the specification unit 24 with the image. A reliability derivation unit 30 derives the reliability of the interpolation processing by the composition unit 25 on the basis of an interpolation situation by the composition unit 25.
