PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique improving the efficiency of a motor regarding the brushless motor. SOLUTION: The brushless motor by one form in this invention has first and second driving members. The first driving member has coil groups having M phases (M represents an integer of 1 or more) having N magnetic coils (N represents the integer of 1 or more) respectively. The second driving member has a plurality of permanent magnets, and can be moved relatively to the first driving member. The first driving member has 2 (M×N) magnetic-substance cores. The magnetic coils in each phase are wound on the magnetic-substance cores regularly selected at a ratio of one to 2M from the array of 2 (M×N) magnetic-substance cores.
