PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a probe which can collectively detect the same kinds of fungi and can detect the fungi in a state distinguished from the other kinds of fungi, in order to classify the fungi for each kind of the fungi, to provide a probe set, and to provide a probe carrier on which the probe or probe set is immobilized. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an oligonucleotide probe, having a specific sequence for detecting the DNA of Trichophyton interdigitale, which is a fungus causing infectious diseases, to a probe using one or more of the probes for examining the DNA of the fungus, to a probe set, and to a probe carrier on which the probe or probe set is immobilized.
