PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately determine and select a satellite group of high positioning accuracy from a plurality of satellite groups. SOLUTION: An evaluating point E to the current position candidate of each satellite group is calculated according to E=k1×f1(APR)+k2×f2(PDOP)+k3×f3(the number of satellites) based on the recursive residual APR (APR value), a PDOP (Position Dilution of Precision) value, and the number of satellites of the satellite group.
