PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a folding-back part from at least either of both ends of an insulating sheet. SOLUTION: Each synthetic resin-made insulating sheet 31 is interposed between each formation face 30, in which a slot 24 is formed, and a winding 25 in each slot 24. Each projected strip 311 and each recessed strip 312 are alternately formed on a contact face 32, contacting with the formation face 30, of the insulating sheet 31. Each formation face 30 for forming the slot 24 is formed by an individual slot forming edge 35 of each core plate 26 constituting a stator core 22. Each slot forming edge 35 is an inclined face inclined to the lamination direction of the core plates 26. Each inclined-faced slot forming edge 35 alternately forms a projected strip 33, extending in a direction vertical to the lamination direction of the core plates 26, and a recessed strip 34, extending in a direction vertical to the lamination direction of the core plates 26, on each formation face 30 for forming the slot 24.
