PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reproducing apparatus capable of controlling asynchronous reading of an audio signal and a video signal easily. SOLUTION: A jog dial part 4a includes a first strip-shaped operation disk 29 for receiving an operation entry regarding one of reading of audio data from an audio RAM 7 and reading of video data from a video RAM 12, and a second operation disk 30 disposed in the first operation disk 29 to receive an operation entry regarding the other of the reading of the audio data from the audio RAM 17 and the reading of the video data from the video RAM 12.
