PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for using a service provided as a script or content ("blog parts") which can be carried in the side bar of blog or the like as a user PC terminal desktop resident type mini-application ("widget") as it is. SOLUTION: When a link button on blog parts is depressed, a server which makes a terminal display blog parts through the Internet is shifted to a server which is able to download widget, and the download site is displayed through a browser, and when the download button of the widget arranged there is depressed, the widget having the same design and function as those of the blog parts is downloaded to the desktop of the PC of a user, and the execution file is installed by the user, and the same function as the blog parts is provided as widget on the user PC.
