PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric food processing apparatus capable of producing grated radish with favorable texture in a short time. SOLUTION: This electric food processing apparatus includes a container 3 mounted on a product body 1, and a rotary cutter 2 rotatably stored in the container 3 and having a grating blade 8 on its upper face, a radish 5 is placed on the rotary cutter 2 and the rotary cutter 2 is rotated to grate the radish, wherein this food processing apparatus has a weight 6 for pushing the radish 5 toward the upper face of the rotary cutter 2, deeply grates the radish 5 by the weight 6 with the grating blade 8 of the rotary cutter 2 to provide the grated radish with the favorable texture just like one made by manual work using a grater and further shorten the cooking time.
