PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a drying time in a dishwasher/dryer exchanging heat in an air cooling using a condenser in a drying step for preventing an exhaust of almost all of a large amount of high-temperature/humidity air in a washing tub to the outside. SOLUTION: This dishwasher/dryer is provided with an opening/closing valve 31 for selectively introducing outside air for introducing the outside air for a prescribed time at least once in the drying step under the control of a control device 12 and exhausting the air in the washing tub 11 by just that much outside the machine.
