CULTIVATION METHOD APPLYING ROLLING LOAD AND BIOREACTORS IMPLEMENTING THE METHOD

Provided are a culturing method using rolling load and bioreactors implementing the method. The method comprises fixing culture on baseboard of a cultivation room under the conditions with oxygen, carbon dioxide, and adjustable temperature, and keeping freshness of culture solution. During cultivation, rolling dynamic load is applied to surface of the culture, wherein: rolling speed is 0.1-15 cm/s, the to-and-fro rolling frequency of loading body is 0.1-3 Hz, the loading time is 1-3 times/24 hours, 10-180 minutes per period with 1-60 days cultivation time, and the culture deformation ratio at the rolling loading place is 5-40%. The rolling load is more similar to dynamic environment of the growth of some tissues than other loading modes. Experiments show that the total amount of cartilage cells in the rolling load group is higher i.e. 1.5-3 times than that in the static cultivation group.
