Circuit of current mirror with automatic band switching contains current mirrors of the front step and the back step each one of which has variable amplification factor. Current read-out circuit sets threshold current and has input current of the front step current mirror. Current read-out circuit compares input current with current threshold value and after that gives control signal to current mirrors of front and back steps to set suitable amplification factor. Therefore bias current of the back step current mirror is amplified with suitable amplification factor which improves output current quality of the back step mirror. ^ EFFECT: improving the accuracy of output current regulation. ^ 16 cl, 15 dwg
