PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocurable transfer sheet which is advantageous in manufacture of an optical information recording medium of high capacitance such as a DVD and has excellent curability when being cured in manufacture of the optical information recording medium and whose transfer layer after curing has excellent adhesiveness to a reflection layer made of a silver alloy and the like.

SOLUTION: In the photocurable transfer sheet having a photocurable transfer layer which can be deformed by pressurization and composed of a photocurable composition, the photocurable composition contains a low molecular organic compound having at least two SH groups. The manufacturing method of the optical information recording medium using the photocurable transfer sheet and the optical information recording medium are further provided.
