<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a rare earth bond magnet improving magnetic and mechanical characteristics of a magnet. <P>SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of a rare earth bond magnet, a mixture, which is made of rare earth magnet powder, a thermosetting resin, and an additive, is compressed and molded, a molding is irradiated with microwaves, and the thermosetting resin is cured by heat generated in the rare earth magnet powder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
