<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin cap and a bottle with the same, which have proper gas barrier properties, sealability and openability. <P>SOLUTION: This synthetic resin cap 1 for use in the closing of a mouth part of the bottle is formed from a synthetic resin which is produced by mixing an olefin resin with a hydrocarbon resin together. Furthermore, preferably, the hydrocarbon resin is an aromatic hydrocarbon resin or a copolymerized hydrocarbon resin.
